Eric reflects on eight years as chairman

As always, when writing these words I do not know whether they will be published before or after the AGM. What I can say with certainty though is that this will be the last introduction that I write. After eight years as Chairman is is time to move on and let someone else have a go. My best wishes go to whoever takes on the mantle.

Eight years has seen the pandemic come and now mostly go. The pandemic did have a major impact on the club and for a while adversely affected the level of club membership, although it has now recovered.
